A new arrival

A collegue at work asked me to make a card for her daughter who's baby is due any day.  They already knew they are expecting a little girl so the colour had to be pink but other than that I had free range on the design. 

I love these cute little hand prints and the sentiment just seemed to fit.  I added some flowers from Wild Orchid Crafts and edged it all with black soot distress ink. 

I think it turned out really well and my collegue was very happy with it too.

My first upload!!

Tilda with her boots on.

So this is my first upload.  Making the blog was surprisingly not that difficult but finding something to put on and show everyone was. 

This is a card I made quite a while ago. 

The stamp is of course a magnolia, Tilda with boots from the spring collection 2011.  I coloured her in with copics for the skin tone and the rest was done with pencils and sansodor.  The ribbon on her hat just has a little stickles on it for a bit of sparkle.
